Hand woven peach seed pearl serpent princess necklace

An intricate, hand woven princess necklace, featuring hundreds of tiny peach freshwater seed pearls. These authentic peach seed pearls are invisible serpent strung to form a luminous looking necklace. Seed pearl necklaces were in vogue from the year 1840 to 1860, and recently made a comeback at London and Paris catwalk shows. This necklace will accent any neckline gracefully, with the curves and sways of movement, suitable for a number of outfits and occasions. These pearls come from freshwater lakes in China. They are commonly off-round, rice shaped to baroque and slightly less symmetrical and smaller, but this minor difference offers good value for the price and makes a perfect gift.
